Evereve
Overview
From 86 to 100 stores across 30 states, our multi-year partnership with Evereve showcases how strategic social media and influencer marketing transforms retail performance across multiple properties. Evereve is a contemporary boutique offering elevated everyday fashion from brands like Citizens of Humanity, Paige, Michael Stars, Faherty, and their own best-selling line. CenterCal Properties partnered with them to utilize social media channels to amplify brand positioning, promote daily styling experiences, and execute influencer-integrated shopping events, ultimately increasing sales and expanding store square footage to drive higher property revenue.
We targeted women aged 30-50+ with household incomes of $125K+ in markets including Long Beach, CA, greater Salt Lake City, Kirkland, WA, Portland, OR, and Boise, ID, developing strategy, creating content, and crafting messaging across six properties while collaborating with Evereve's team from store management to corporate.
Challenges & Approach
This multi-property initiative faced pandemic disruptions, underperforming graphics the tenant initially preferred, complex corporate approval chains for influencer partnerships, and tight turnaround times, sometimes just days to promote shopping events. We invested in influencer gift card experiences and professional styling to demonstrate proven ROI, encouraging deeper collaboration, and in one critical case, deployed digital marketing tactics that achieved 55% sales growth, enabling the property to strategically open a new location while closing another, securing the only two Evereve locations in that market today.
Creatively, we repurposed visuals across properties while respecting individual store aesthetics, mixing in-person meetings with ongoing digital communication, checking in after campaigns like Galentines shopping parties to analyze results and plan next steps, with regular coordination between property management and leasing teams ensuring shared wins and collective success.
The Result
Our partnership drove 25%-55% sales increases over multiple years across five states, converting four influencers into brand ambassadors, gaining unprecedented access for content creation, and supporting three new store openings, two expansions , and one renovation, contributing to Evereve winning the prestigious ICSC Maxi Impact Award.
Assets created years ago remain in use today thanks to our timeless, season-less approach, with the brand growing from 86 stores in 26 states to 100 stores in 30 states and goals to reach 200 stores by 2030; a testament to the lasting impact of strategic social media marketing in retail real estate.
